Qdoba Mexican Grill is a chain of fast-casual restaurants in the United States and Canada serving Mexican-style cuisine including burritos, salads, tacos and quesadillas.
Known for its three-cheese queso and free guacamole on meals, some Qdoba locations have full-service bars, offering craft beer and specialty cocktails.

The Qdoba system includes locations in both the U.S. and Canada. In August 2022, Butterfly Equity announced it was acquiring Qdoba from Apollo Global Management, folding it into Modern Restaurant Concepts, which also owns Lemonade.
