In 1992, Todd Hopkins conducted an independent research project for his MBA program at Butler University, which eventually evolved into Office Pride Commercial Cleaning. Based in Palm Harbor, Florida, the faith-based brand offers window, floor and carpet cleaning for commercial facilities and started franchising in 1996.

Office Pride also implemented a seven-step process for choosing franchisees, looking at aspects such as faith being a central part of a franchisee’s life as well as their strong leadership experience and startup financing. Private equity firms Trivest Partners and Three20 Capital Group acquired the brand in 2022.
