Paul Sauer, a career biochemist, founded this non-medical, in-home care provider in 1980. Homewatch offers its services to senior citizens as well as adults recovering from injury or illness and living at home.

Homewatch became a franchised business in 1996 and today there are providers across the United States, Canada, Mexico and several countries in Latin America. Homewatch corporate offices are in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
