Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, and specializing in hot subs. Founded by former firefighters Chris and Robin Sorenson, the company has locations across the United States, along with a smaller number of units in Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.

In line with the brand's name, Firehouse Subs does charity work to focus on helping U.S. first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. A percentage of revenue from purchases is donated to the foundation to provide lifesaving equipment. Firehouse was acquired by Restaurant Brands International in 2021.
