Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in sandwiches, subs, and soups, including the Bobbie, a submarine sandwich with turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayonnaise.

Siblings Alan and Lois Margolet founded the brand in 1976. They opened their first restaurant together in Wilmington, Delaware, and did not open a second location until 1988. The brand began franchising in 1991 and has since spread throughout the United States. The company is based in Las Vegas and gets its name from the founders' grandfather, Philip Capriotti.
