Buffalo's Café, part of FAT Brands, is a restaurant franchise that serves Buffalo-style chicken wings and tenders, plus other American fare such as fried shrimp and burgers.

Buffalo's Cafe was founded in Roswell, Georgia, in 1985 and began franchising in 1991. The restaurant chain's corporate headquarters are in Beverly Hills, California, and the company has locations in the U.S. as well as select units in Europe and the Middle East.
